Should be able to renew since it hasn't expired. I would ask them about the interim 30-45 days while they process your renewal, since yours would have technically expired. Do you have Utah or other out of state permit?
One advantage of applying in person is that you can ask questions. Contrary to popular belief, I would have all your ducks in a row with copies and SASE and make it an easy transaction since you're at the limit. |
| No, just VA permit. I keep meaning to go to the UT class at Shparshooters, but haven't gotten around to it. I'm in the Clerk's office often enough that I need to maintain a good relationship, so I'm not taking a stand over some paperwork. I don't agree with it, but it's not the clerks' decision. |
