Assuming you are in the Chesapeake/VA Beach area. If so, a few suggestions

Chick's Oyster Bar is a nice spot on water. Good seafood, hot waitresses, lots of boat traffic.

Waterman's Surfside Grill is on the "Oceanfront" in VA Beach if you want to hit up the strip and see all the clubs and bars.

AW Shucks and No Frill Grill are good options in Ghent. Colley Ave has a lot of bars and restaurants. Sort of a hipster area, just to let you know.

Downtown Norfolk has a lot of bars and restaurants on Granby Street. Some areas better than others.

Towncenter in VA Beach has all the typical big name national restaurants - PF Changs, Ruth's Chris, Cheesecake Factory, Gordon Biersch, etc.. Keegan's Irish Pub and Red Star Tavern are decent choices if you want to drink.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'll be out at most of those areas sometime during the week.
