Well, they laid me off Friday as part of a large downsizing of VPs and Directors. I was told I was safe since I've brought in over $200M into the company, $49M last year alone. I guess not as they simply laid us all off with the expectation we'd apply for a limited number of jobs they opened that sure seem like the ones we already had, and at lower salaries. Sorry, I just can't play that game after what they did (and how). I've reached out to my network and am ready for a new challenge. No victim here fellas, just moving on regardless of what's over the hill and beyond the curve. I've already received support from some great team members that affirms the character of the folks here! Anyways, it's certainly time to get busy and find a new job. If anyone needs a leader who specializes in integrated security solutions, drop me a line.
