Anyone else in the Sterling area have their power go on and off through the night. Not out totally but more like surge and or dwell? Printer kept going on and off all night (more like 4-6 times) but only one clock one the stove was tripped (the one on the stove - all others were fine and not blinking as normal when a loss of power)
Not Sterling but the panhandle, we had power problems 6 times yesterday between 1400 and 1900. Longest outage was about 15 minutes. Nothing major but enough to convince me that I needed to get my new genny out of the box and ready to go. My wife is on an O2 concentrator which of course has to have power. We do have tanks for travel and emergencies.
I was at the Food Lion in Inwood yesterday afternoon when the power went out. It's pretty darn dark in the back of the store. Fortunately I'd just come from work so I still had my emergency light in my pocket and had lit up the area in just a few seconds. Everyone else wanted to know how I got my little light out so quickly. Wen you work in a hole in the ground, you never get outside of arm's reach of an emergency light!
