*Update* the pig is now on and the cooker is holding a steady 190.

I am cooking this pig for my wifes birthday party so i am going to be working my butt off, but if people are interested i can always do another one for a ARFCOM event.

Sounds like fun.

I did this one...it was the most drunken, greasy, sleepless fun I've had.

I haven't cooked a pig in a number of years now.  Have fun, and hope everything turns out well.

Not exactly a pig but my chicken was tasty after a while in the smoker!

About 5 hours on the top rack of the smoker. It was outstanding. Cooked it until the breast temp was in the 160-170 range and the legs moved freely.
