I need to know the law in regards to selling to a private party in WV, Hi-Cap mags (30rd.) from out of state.
I would appreciate links or statue... thank you |

Fair question from an out-of-state seller. WVA and VA have no restrictions on magazine sales/ownership/shipping.
The places you might have problems with (among many others) include: D.C., Maryland, and New Jersey - which I suppose you could say are "in the neighborhood." |

Ohio: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 30 rounds to anyone in Ohio or anyone using a billing address in the state of Ohio. though i agree with the poster above, whom asked what a high cap mag was... 30 rounders are standard capacity magazines in most wrongly deemed "assault rifles"(iirc they techinically must be capable of seletive fire to be an "assault rifle"), just as 20 rounds is pretty standard in "battle rifles". now this is all rather tongue in cheek, but i guess beta c brand 100 round drum magazines would be high capacity magazines...
