I know I need to fill in a 5320 when crossing state lines w/ a MG.
In VA you have to fill in an Application for Machine Gun Registration when you acquire the MG, it has a section for Temporary Registration for visitors it appears. My question is when I travel to WV with it after filling out my 5320 does WV require some type of MG Registration? Thanks guys! |
