Since I don't recognize the name of the county, I'm going to say no.

I'm down here in SE Va. I have built a dozen AKs for myself. Can't do it for others as I am not a licensed builder. But I'd be happy to give you any helpful advice I can.

It IS more involved than assembling an AR. (Seriously, AR's are assembled and not "built".) Building an AK involves more specialized tooling as well as a 12 ton hydraulic press to apply pressure for your rivet setting tools.

If you live close enough to come over and use my tools yourself to set your own rivets and press the barrel In & out and stuff, I can help. I can show you how to set up the tools so you can do it yourself. Be advised that it is a bit of a time sponge project. You may need a few days to get it all done and finished. I know my bro in law and nephew both did! But they took their time and did it really well. Demilling, drilling and rivet setting, building and then blasting and finishing. The hours pass by quick. I took almost two days for the last one I did for myself.

If you do want a professional here in Va. who can do an outstanding job of building an AK for you, just look up Coastal Gun Works in Va. Beach. I've seen him and his work at several gun shows now. He really knows what he is doing! Talking to him would be the way to go if you don't plan to do it yourself. he can pre-dip the steel parts before parkerizing them for a deep black park finish that is just outstanding.

ETA. Duh! Just saw you were in WVA. Sorry! Not that close then.
