4006. Most of the troopers I have talked to are ambivalent about it - they wouldn't mind something else but they don't hate it.

MY CCW permit instructor is one of the fire arms instructors at the academy. He said they're about to get new ones & change it up a bit. It hasn't been narrowed down yet to my knowledge.

yeah they still have them. but our county officers (berkeley county) are using glock 21's (.45acp) with lazer max guide rods and i believe TLR 1's or possibly 2's.
i'll check tomorrow when i see the cop thats in my school.
