tis quiet, but its early.

Whatcha got a picture of.

We broke a dozer lastweek, doing siteprep work, somehow managed to break a disc off a plow... not by the pin, but by sheared the inch thick 4 inch long plate that hold the pin.... no idea how, not a rock for 100 miles

Danny,

I am just curious about maintenance and was wondering how much stuff you are fixing/welding after normal seasonal use? I bet some of the boys are good at breaking stuff!

BTW, Are you going down to Richmond this weekend?

I am sure it slips some peoples minds.  I have notified 2 weeks after before just because I have for got.

Me "Uh yeah they uhh moved equipment on 3 days ago, 20 acre tract"
DOF "You notified us 2 days ago that they just moved equipment on, we went out to do the initial  inspection and there is already 15 acres cut"
Me "They're fast aren't they"

We do a little welding and fixing, not too bad around here. We're waiting on a complete main beam for a fire plow right now, they kinda get bent and broke up.

No, not going to Richmond, on call...going to stay close to home, maybe next time. I'm saving for a Colt 1911 made in 1918 that looks like brand new.
