I finally picked up my Rock River order this week. (From early February!) Anyway... out at the range, I noticed what seems to be a slight gas leak at the front of the rear sight-base attachment. (where the gas tube is) After shooting, there's a bit of fouling (about 1/8") on the barrel. Is this a big problem? A little problem? Send it to RRA? Fix it myself?

Thanks,
Nate

From the front of the rear sight base?  Do you mean near the receiver or up near the front sight?  I am a bit confused.  Does the rifle cycle properly?  As long it's not short-stroking I don't consider it a problem.  For more info you should probably ask in the AR15 forum, www.jobrelatedstuff.com/forums/board.html?b=3.  MJD
