Okay, I'm trying to shake out an order status anyway I can... I ordered some Blackhawk gear on 03 July 06 from the online site and all I have received is the initial order confirmation email. I have sent three emails to multiple addresses over the past two weeks and still have not been answered. Order #: 1919-8454-6705 Rick |

I think the title of this post should have been "Spotty Selection, Slowest Delivery, Crappiest Service". My order finally shipped (minus a few items on backorder). No one contacted me directly, I had to use my 15 minutes per week of talk time to my wife to get her to call and talk to someone. The customer service representative was still dis-interested in the order but agreed to go ahead and send out what was available. When she called back to confirm the shipment and the price, she was told I did not qualify for free shipping because I had placed the order before the free shipping went into effect (this post came out on the 29th of June and I placed an order on the 3rd of July). She was also told that because the sale was going on, the free shipping was not in effect. Next they'll tell me something else. I've done quite a bit a personal business with Quantico Arms in the past but it looks like they just don't care about the individual anymore.
