Right after the first of year we are going to start breaking it down into two class lists and getting everybody set up to mail in their payment, application form, and credentials. Keep checking this thread.

Doh! I just realized I need a CCW for indentification to sign up? I don't have mine yet, because I am planning on moving soon and thought I would just wait until I did before getting it. Can I still sign up though, if I get my CCW before the class starts?

No problem, I will add you to my list. Although I suggest you get your CCW, you do not necessarily have to use it as a credential. Any one of these credentials will work just the same: Accepted Credentials (Need only one of the following): (1.) Photocopy of current CCW (2.) Criminal Background check from LEO agency - printed on their letterhead (3.) Photocopy of active duty military ID card (4.) Evidence of employment with Local, State, or Federal Law Enforcement Agency |

10-4, you have been added. Payment will have to be in one month before your class starts. This will give me enough time to both fill the class and find replacements if guys back out. I will be contacting everybody soon to start separating the list into individual classes and passing out the sign-up information. |

That would get you - points. But it would be damn fun to watch you try and hit anything being timed under a hundred yards. Trust me, this class will be a great learning expierence for many people. I came back from my last and changed many of my set-ups. |

I was going to say I have dibs on the class with MAP. Shooting next to that flamethrower makes me a better shooter less disturbed by distraction. Although, my eyes are still wiggling.

It looks like the class two IM's and emails will start going out on Tuesday or Wednesday. I would like to get both classes filled as quickly as possible. This will allow me ample time to fill holes from guys who drop out. I do not want any empty seats. Organizing this class is a pain in the ass and a empty seat is a waste of my time. Not to mention it will leave somebody who was interested sitting out.

just call your local LE office, sheriff or PD. Some of them will do a background check for you anytime, others only do it during certain hours. |
