I will be relocating to NOVA during the first weeks of August. I have found an apartment to rent (I used craigslist.org- ). The apartment is in the basement of a $800k house in the McLean/Falls Church area. I really need someone to evaluate this apartment and the landlord for me sometime in the next couple of days. I live out of state, and will not be able to take off to visit the apartment prior to moving. I have a good friend that lives in the area, but she is out of town this week. The price is almost too good to be true, so I really need some help here.As a reward, I will spring for dinner for you and your significant other (drinks & desert included) at the Cheesecake Factory in Tyson's Corner at a date of your choosing after I relocate in August. VA is completely safe. It's the return trip throuigh MD that you should be worried about.

BUMP I want to personally thank Bulldog1967 for his help! I owe him two dinners!  Without his help, my moving to NOVA would be much more difficult than I would have liked. But, Bulldog1967 came through and as a result, the move is much less stressful! My little family will be heading out to NOVA tomorrow afternoon and should be in town sometime this weekend if all goes well. Wish us luck. Thank you Bulldog1967 and the entire NOVA crew! Did someone say BBQ??!?!?!? Hmmm...if the Admin at SVU allow it...maybe we could throw a BBQ to raise money for our Rifle Club if it gets approved. It will be an all service rifle club...Garands, M1 Carbines, M1As...and of course our favorite black rifle. -Ben |
