Farmington, about an hour south of St. Louis. I do a lot of business in the metro area, so I can't move too far away. I like to be within what I call "choking distance".

Void once you get a new address. I expect when you get a new DL in new state they will take your IL DL. They will contact the Secretary of State who will also contact the ISP. Expect a letter from them teling you your FOID/CCL is revoked and if you do not turn them in a warrant may be issued. At least that is what happened to a couple of people over at illinoiscarry.

We recently bought a home and some property NW of Springfield, MO. Beautiful area near Stockton Lake. For a while it's going to be a weekend/vacation place. I need to work a little longer and pay it off. Within a year or so I'll be a retired full time Missouri resident.
