I know an out of state sale has to be transferred through an ffl

Does it have to be shipped to an ffl or can a person from Indiana bring it in person to an illinois ffl to be transferred to an illinois resident?

Yes but some FFL's do not allow drop offs. Why I have no clue but they don't. Ask the FFL before doing it. I allow them to drop off. It is stupid easy and I am not waiting on the brown truck that for some reason doesn't drop something off and said there was no one there.

Never heard of that. I have heard some wont accept a shipped gun from a FFL. I guess it's always better to ask. Problem is a lot don't actually know the law or do and just an ass.

What about multiple transfers? Anyone know any ffl's that don't ding you for full transfer cost for each
