Hi, I have a question for you guys. I'm military, I live out of state but my home of record is IL. I have a trust, a C&R and a current  foid. My c&r is address to my current house. I own a house in IL where I have family living there. Do I need to include a copy of my C&R and foid   with the form 1 if I want to use my IL address.  Will I have any problems if I do this.

You can't use a trust in Illinois, you have to get Cleo sign off and do finger prints and picture.

That's a good question.  It's kind of uncharted territory, so no one really knows...

Will County signs them but they are now requiring background checks first so make an appointment ahead of time.  I just left there.
