Greetings everyone!

I apologize for the rookie question, but I just checked my CCL status on the Illinois website. It says "Active" with a license number.

Can someone give an interpretation? (Does this mean that I may be getting it soon?)

If you don't have it within a week comtqct the ISP and have them mail another. A couple posts on illinoiscarry about active yet not getting licenses.

When did you apply? Did you do all 16 hours or DD214 and 8?

I am an instructor, but due to a job loss, I didn't apply until late January/Early February. I did get the permit and thought it was a pretty good turnaround.
