We will be holding an NRA Basic Pistol Class on Saturday the 18th of January
at Capitol City Arms Range located at 4885 Industrial Drive in Springfield just north of Toronto Road. Class starts at 8 a.m. and will include lunch and range fees. This certificate can be used for application for Concealed Carry License in several other states as well as the first 8 hours toward the Illinois Concealed Carry License. Class cost is $125 payable by cash or personal check. Loaner firearms are available and ammunition is available for purchase at the range if you do not have your own firearms. Sunday the 19th of January we will hold the Illinois portion of the Concealed Carry Class for those who have either attended the first portion on Saturday, already have an NRA Basic class or those with exemptions from either other states CCW licenses or Illinois Hunters Safety or Military service prior or active or a combination of these. Class starts at 8 a.m. and also includes lunch and range fees. Class cost is $125 payable by cash or personal check. You will be issued a certificate of completion after qualifying for your application for the Illinois Concealed Carry License at the end of classes. You will need to bring a firearm, holster, eye protection and ear protection and minimum 50 rounds of factory ammunition if you have them. If not loaner firearms, holsters and protection will be available. Ammunition will be available for purchase at the range. Brent E.
