Ok according to the ISP website, we have to upload a digital pic and your ccl training certificate.
Somewhere I read some instructors are doing this so when the applications are ready all you have to do is attach it. How the hell do I do this? |

A paper cert will need to be scanned and converted to an electronic format eg PDF, jpg, etc that is yet to be defined. If an instructor is filling out an electronic cert, they should be able to create in desired format and email, put on flash drive, etc Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

You will need access to a scanner. They may be stand alone or many printers and copiers also have that feature these days
Eta could also take a digital photo and email it to yourself which gives you a starting point on your computer for manipulationt Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

I wrote a how-to for the application process. However it does not cover the image and certificate scan, as that is more of a techy thing out side the scope of the article. If you do not have a scaner you can go to a kinkos or staples or similar and they will scan for you. For a photo I took a selfie with my cell phone. If you don't want to take a self portrait, have someone else take a digital pic of you. Nearly every phone has camera capabilities. If you don't have one, someone you know has got to have one.
From that point, it's just browse to the file and upload. Fairly simple and straight forward. If you are still overwhelmed, wait till the paper applications are made available in June. |
