| We have a garden, its close to 16x16, my wife and I had it tilled and we laid down the black paper and planred, grass and weeds grew under the black paper and now its suffocating the plants the paper is getting above the plants. do you guys know any gardeners? nothing is growing. |

I use to use news paper covered with grass clippings. Last year I tried the weed mat covered with grass clippings. Did it again this year. The grass clippings weigh down the weed mat and help keep in the moisture. I was planning on using grass clippings this year but they seem in short supply.
