My buddy (NH resident) was given a Mosin by his parents for Christmas. They live in I'LL, and he's going to visit them. He was hoping he could pick up the rifle there instead of having it sent through an FFL.
Now, as a free state resident with long guns, I would expect this to be kosher. However, not knowing I'LL law, we want to double check. |
