I have never shot trap before and am really wanting to do so. In my research of area places to shoot I see I dont really need a thing other than my shotgun and ammo.
Are the any places around naperville/bolingbrook that you can bring your own thrower and have fun with a few friends? |

| Naperville is a steal shot only range. There is a private club somewhere in the Wheaton area. Aurora Sportsman's Club, and St Charles Sportsmans Club have open trap shooting on certain days, check their websites. If your looking to op your own throwers, I think Silver Springs has a self serve trap range. |

Silver springs state park has a place where you can throw your own trap, it is by the archery range..
