I am transfering my stuff from a duffle nag to a north face terra 60. The duffle bag as done its job and I wanted to make my BOB a backpack and not a shoulder bag. Here is what I have in order as I take it out of duffle bag

A laser for a rail type weapons system
Bushnell night vision monocular
Garmin Etrex
Glow sticks green and blue
Web belt
Spare watch
2 Cobra radios (which I am still looking for the charger)
ACU knee pads
Flat head screw driver
throat mic for the radios
Glove hand warmers
waterproof matches
desert shooting gloves
winter shooting gloves (Both are from the army)
Zip lock bag of 2 locks w/keys, pocket sewing kit, ear plugs, mini flash, light wistle, folding pocket knife
Empty paint ball pod
1 set of multi cam BDU's
1 set of acu's
a little tool kit of washers and gun oil
Kabar
Surefire g6 flashlight
mini mag lite
Camping silverware
a survival canteen ( which is now empty Which I dont know why)
assorted buckles and straps
handheld compass
A buffer spring for my colt

here are pics of the 2 bags and the green one is the 60 the smaller would be the terra 30 the pockets are located at the same place on both of them. just larger pockets on the 60.

Now I am trying to figure out how to load it?

A lot of useful items.  I'd add a method of starting a fire other than waterproof matches.  Flint and steel type method.

I would carry less clothing and combat gear.

I keep a G17 and 5 mags.  9mm only because of conjectural availability.

I carry all of my identification, financial and medical records.  One of the things I'll probably need to do is gain access to whatever "other that cash" financials I have.  I also might need to prove ownership of my property upon return.  After Katrina, that was a huge difficulty for people who bugged out to Houston.  They couldn't prove who they were, access their bank accounts or credit cards, or even prove that they owned their wiped out houses.

Weapons and ammo, Administration, fire starting, basic tools, flashlights, batteries, radios, GPS, all must fit in a Maxpedition type satchel.  1st line.

Second line would be my camping gear in a large back pack.  Tent and sleeping bags included.

Third line would be my combat gear,LBV and chest rig, assuming open carry of my rifle or rifles.

What are you trying to accomplish with this BOB?
Where are you planning on going / getting to?
What are your REAL needs in a bug-out situation.

I think you have a lot of misc. stuff that I know I'd never use when getting from "Point A" to "Point B"
(stuff I would re-consider maybe?:  A laser for a rail type weapons system, Web belt, Spare watch, ACU knee pads, Flat head screw driver, throat mic for the radios, desert shooting gloves, Zip lock bag of 2 locks w/keys, pocket sewing kit, ear plugs, mini flash, Empty paint ball pod, a little tool kit of washers and gun oil, Kabar, mini mag lite, assorted buckles and straps, A buffer spring for my colt)

Maybe our needs are very different?  My kits more or less consist of the following:
-Water
-Water purification
-Food (MRE style stuff, cliff bars)
-IFAK (for gunshot / severe wounds)
-change of clothes
-mechanix gloves
-Hat
-2 Loaded mags
-Meds (painkillers / caffeine gum / etc.)
-Space Blanket
-Tarp
-Flashlight
-Spare Batteries
-Paracord
-Multitool
-Compass
-Pens / Pencils / Sharpie
-Small pad of paper
-LightMyFire spork
-Glowsticks
-Firestarting equipment - lighter / waterproof matches / magnesium firestarter
-Headlamp
-mini-usb flash drive with personal documents on it
-Contractor garbage bags (2) to store everything in and keep it waterproof - plus makes a decent shelter if need be

All this fits in a small-ish bag.  I've found that if I have a big bag, I will fill it with more and more stuff until it's incredibly heavy and makes longer hikes difficult / impossible.

Take care,
Mike

What are you trying to do with this bag? there's lots of stuff that you probably can and should get rid of.
