| I hope but this is illinois, also wonder what they would consider, reason or purpose to carry, are they gonna let certain criteria or what. I mean protection is foremost, but are they planning on making it for like, buisness owners, people that do large transactions or what? I just see as it being a good step but not sure if they are going to have 101 clauses. |
