It took a while to read, but it IS REQUIRED reading.

Anyone that is too lazy to take time to read (or download the audio file)the transcript of today's hearing, should be stripped of their firearms.

Oh, and I like Justice Scalia.

Whew. I finally finished it.

Scalia and Roberts were chomping at the bit. This was a fascinating read.

I did not listen to it but as it read, Gura seemed to have some less than stellar moments.

All in all I think it was a good day for the 2nd.

Yes, Gura started out strong, but faltered, and did a lot of harm.

Dellinger should be hung.

I am glad to see that the justices understand what "well-regulated" means.
