ISRA - Springfield Report for June 6 Yesterday, HB758 came back out of the Rules Committee yesterday. This bill, if passed, would virtually outlaw private sales of firearms. Today we expected to see HB758 come up for a vote but it did not happen. We are waiting and watching. I am expecting a long summer. We know the anti's have not given up.
