What ?  Are we done hijacking Friz's post ?  Sorry Friz.  I saw them last summer at the World with Motorhead and Dio.  Great show !  Still one of my favorite bands ! !

Haven't seen them since 87-88, but we crammed 8-9 shows into about 3-4 years. Great times, only rivaled by meeting Metalica in Decatur, lol.

Never seen Maiden in concert, but I did see an Iron Maiden cover band a month ago whose name escapes me at this moment, but the lead singer was a black guy, but he sounded pretty close to Bruce Dickenson. The band was very good. They drew in a huge crowd that night.

It was a long time ago, but IIR the Seventh Son show at the Rosemont was pretty good.  Not sure if it was the seats (17 or 18th row), or it was just LOUD, but my ears actually rang for two days.  Never had that happen in any of the other many shows I've been to.
I missed the Powerslave tour with Accept, but I heard it rocked.
