DANVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY SEEKS TO BAN OWNERSHIP OF FIREARMS BY TENANTS

The Danville Housing Authority is seeking to place a ban on firearm ownership by its tenants. The Authority's Executive Director, Richard Unz, was reported in the September 19th edition of the Danville Commercial News as saying that the proposed ban "...does not interfere with citizens' 2nd Amendment rights." We wonder how he came to that conclusion? It seems to suggest that, once one becomes a beneficiary of public housing programs, he/she is no longer a citizen!?
