I have to stay in Vegas this coming January for about two weeks. SHOT show and another distributor show.  Would really rather not stay at a casino on the strip. Where does one look to rent a condo?

Unfortunately that's going to be a hard ask, Henderson for example has completely blocked short-term rentals, and many neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley are having their HOA pass moratoriums on short-term rentals.

If you need some place to stay for two weeks, I would look at staying at the Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. There's a free shuttle that leaves every half hour to take you to the strip and back, the hotel itself is very clean, and it's well-run with a decent number of places to eat and things to do.

I think that is why the moratorium on short term rentals.
