Can a from 4 be submitted while waiting on the forms 3 if you have the serial number? If so any shops in SN that you are aware of that will do it?

ATF - NFA are easily confused.
If the F3 is not completed first the response will be that the F4 transfer is invalid and it will have to be resubmitted later which just slows completion. Item needs to be in the transfer dealers possession before they send in the F4. The good news is that F3's are fairly quick now, a few days to about three weeks. F4's are now averaging around five months instead of over a year. |
