This has been the windiest year that I can remember and it has wreaked havoc on my shingles.
I am reaching out to you for recommendations on quality work at reasonable prices. Can anyone recommend a roofer in Southern. NV? |

I had Dean Roofing do my old house 6 years ago. If I remember correctly it was 1800 sf under roof and $4800 for 30 year shingles. They had to tear off two layers, added an attic vent, replaced the flashing and lift the AC. Did it in 2 days and looked good. Very happy with the work and the best price of 3 contractors.
Again, 6 years ago so I have no idea how they are today. |

I used TLC Roofing to do my house a couple of years ago. Spanish Tile and multiple overlapping roof lines on a 2700sq ft home and a full back covered patio. Added additional tile the home builder shorted during construction and added proper attic venting, as well as a additional attic fan.
I researched polymer under layment instead of double tar paper and had him install TYVEK type material .. Cost $8000 material and labor. Called them back to fix a small area that was letting water into the garage 13 months later after a major downpour. Came out the very next day and fixed the issue where the water was getting in. I now have a honest 50+ year roof. Researched and verified licences. Everything was good at the time. Wife was pleased and happy. Paying a little more for that is worth it. He may not be the cheapest, but my experience with him he was he fairest. Good luck Contact info TLC Roofing http://www.tlcroofservices.net/ |
