| Well just thought i would share my latest experience with them. I ordered close to 200 dollars worth of stuff from them on September 16th. Everytime I would check my order status, all it would say was processing. After 3 emails and countless phone calls with no reply to either, I googled them, then checked the BBB in which they have a rating of "F", so i filed a complaint with the BBB. They forwarded the complaint on to DT with a date of October 11th to reply to the BBB, no reply came to the BBB on that date. It appears that after a month of waiting, they finally cancelled my order. I would stay clear of this company!! |
