in the winter months Lowe's and Home Depot will usually have it in 5gal drums.

they should also have it in quarts and galon cans year round. Ach Hardware also probably has that size and IIRC Walmart's paint departmant has quarts.

quarts are ok if you're using limited amounts for cleaning, if you're using it as a heater fuel you'll probably want something larger.

Haycock Petrolium probably carries it too.

I get mine out of the fuel pump at the jones feed store. Last time i picked up a few gallons was over a year ago.

Buying it at Home Depot or ACE will cost you 30% - 40% extra over finding it at a gas station.

Do you really have to have "Kerosene", or will low sulfur diesel work?

no argument with that, the problem is finding it at a gas station. used to see it more frequently, not so often anymore. perhaps it's easier to find in rural areas, or colder climates.

diesel will work for many things... not sure what the OP wants it for tho.
