in the winter months Lowe's and Home Depot will usually have it in 5gal drums.
they should also have it in quarts and galon cans year round. Ach Hardware also probably has that size and IIRC Walmart's paint departmant has quarts. quarts are ok if you're using limited amounts for cleaning, if you're using it as a heater fuel you'll probably want something larger.
