The Owner, Brent Buckner, is a good friend of mine.

Glad you had a good time, Bro!

I did this years ago, they were based out of NLV Airport.
We landed in the Northwest part of Las Vegas, had to be around Alexander and Durango area.
It was great and I had photos and video done.

Well that was a CrapShoot!

Skydiving accidents are just a matter of time. IE: Number of jumps.

So…. you strapped yourself to guy that has used up all his nine lives and his “accident” might be his next jump…. It would have been safer to just jump solo!

GRIN

Looks awesome!

Dude, so are car wrecks and shooting accidents.  Life is too short for that thinking.

I went there for the start of my bachelor party weekend and it was a blast!  Awesome experience!  It was sooo much fun!!

That was my poor attempt at humor.... I guess you missed the GRIN.

I would 'take that jump' in a heart beat. I don't have many pictures from my pre-family days - cameras were heavy then - but amoung other things I spent a couple of seasons full time rock climbing in the Yose and eleswhere. Tried a little hang gliding, etc.

About to grunt my skinny ass up a pitch on the Tower -

Somewhere early on the Tower -

See, you one upped me.  There is no way in hell I'd do that!  Did a little bit in the military and it always scared the crap out of me.  Skydive yes! Rock climbing NO!  I think I watched Cliffhanger one too many times.

That looked like amazing fun! I must get the nerve to try it someday. Closest I've been was the Skyscream at MGM, which kinda made me

Do it. You wont regret it. There is no time to get scared and very little if any falling sensation.  Just alot of wind and a beautiful view. My son inlaw was sitting behind my jump master. My sister jumped a couple months before me and loved it as well.

I don't think so...

Most rock climbing (free climbing) is about climbing the rock with your hands and feet, the rope is only there to provide protection IF you fall.

Sky diving you are betting your life on a piece of gear... far more dangerous..

I used to do a lot of rock climbing in my 20's. I could do 5.9 pretty consistently, and maybe up to 5.10c on a good day. The irony is, I'm terrified of heights. Utterly and completely terrified. Do you climb in any of the local gyms?
