I had "Bob the knife guy" do mine at the SAR show.  He set up a booth at the show and did nothing but sharpen knives for 3 days.  Had a line all weekend too.  Don't know exactly where he is but if you find him, he does a great job and only charges a couple bucks.

What kind of knives? If they are not serrated and you are in Pioche on a weekend I will do them for free.

The Sharp Shop on Charleston right hand side going west, small shopping stores, next to a guitar shop. I think between decatur and jones
Phil the owner sells barber supplies and does great sharpening work.

Thanks for your generous offer DamascusKnifemaker but I don't ever get up your way. Thanks for all the other replies also.

may i suggest you learn to do it yourself?

the Spyderco Sharpmaker is about $40 and very popular way to sharpen knives.

it's a basic skill that's easy to learn, and very easy with something like the Sharpmaker.

but then i'm the kind of guy who likes to change my own oil in the truck.

Real knife guys will laugh, but using a Chicago Cutlery, Sharpening Steel ( made in U.S.A ), every blade that has ever touched it, cut better after I was done with it, even cheap serrated steak knives.
