| I am a Florida resident temporarily living in Nevada. I was thinking about selling a pistol or two. My question is can I sell a pistol to a Nevada resident? Also would I be able to buy a pistol from a Nevada resident if I found what I am looking for. Thanks for the help in advance. |

Negative on the buying or selling to another person. You can sell to a dealer.
You cannot buy any firearms legally while you are here without having them shipped to a dealer back home. From Joes link A person may sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of his State, if he does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law
