Any Vegas folks have a good Garage Door guy they can recommend? I had both my springs replaced about 5 years ago, and one broke over the weekend. Door is fine, the electric motor can not open and close now, with the spring broken. Need a replacement. The guy I used is no longer available, so I ask the 'hive' for any advice.

I did call them, they came out right when they said they would, and the guy was great. I think his name was Glenn. Nice dude, did a good job, and we got to talking and he reduced the price by about 30%, so that was great. Told me some good tips for keeping the door and rollers in good shape and what to look for in the future (door sagging etc.).

Glad that you had a positive experience. Make sure you keep the hinge bolts snug, and lubricate the springs with spray silicone every month (especially in the summer). Be Safe. Joe |
