| Does a person need a FFL to sell a gun to another resident of NV? From what I have been reading I understand you only need an FFL to sell/transfer guns thru the mail? Can one sell guns with out a license? |

An individual who is selling a private firearm to another individual does not to my knowledge require the inclusion of a licensed dealer. It is a simple property transfer, you own it you sell it. If it is a registered item (handgun) I would be sure to do the transfer at a sub station so that the new owner completes his or her responsibilities And relieves me of mine! |
