I might be heading to Vegas in a few months, and between other resources and the tacked threads, I just want some confirmation/clarification on a few issues from the experts: 1) Does Nevada recognize non-resident permits from Utah? I know recent reciprocity was established, but I don't know if that was for Non-Resident permits also. 2) Does Las Vegas have any stricter concealed carry laws than those established by the state? 3) I recall reading something about having to register them, but that requirement being waived for visitors. Will I have to "register" my gun on a visit? 4) "Blue card". What is it, and do I need it given my situation? 5) What areas are off-limits under law for concealed carry? For example - you cannot conceal carry in restaurants licensed to sell alcohol for on-site consumption (read: bars, restaurants, etc.) in VA (but you can open carry). What is the situation there with Nevada? 6) Is there a resource online (aside from the educated masses of this HTF) where I could get more information? Thanks for your help! _MaH |
