My laptop fell off my truck last week and it has to go back to Dell. I needed some help zapping the hard drive and doing a few other things before it gets shipped, so I called Morcoth (one of the best computer guys I know) to see if he could walk me through the process on the phone. That was about 9:00 pm last night. Anyway, he insisted that instead of trying to get it done on the phone that he stop by my house and help me in person. Well, he stayed several hours until everything was backed-up and ready to be shipped. Morcoth is no Geek Squad geek. He knows his shit and you will know that if you ever use him to fix your computer.
