There is nothing in the bill text that addresses this issue. I would assume that it will be up to the various Sheriffs’ departments to interpret and implement the provisions of this bill. So this means that in some counties you will and in some counties you will not. Given my experience in the area, I would have to say that since you are already “Pistol” and “Revolver” you will not. Let’s see what happens. |
