It looks like a rebated rim. Oh friggin joy. That would seriously suck trying to do volume reloading for as they wont work in a standard case feeder setup.

The debacle of what you speak was linked to trying to use FAL mags, which want to feed up the center. Unfortunately, there is a bolt locking lug there. "I know! We'll just delete that lug!" The rest is history and now RRA's problem.

Anyway, I bet Bushmaster learned their lesson, but do we really need another large bore AR15? Maybe we do if they have more pull with ammo manufacturers...
