French sniper training at its finest!??

We all know the French need all the help they can get fighting wars. But huggin' your fellow soldier's crotch?

I could probably adopt this field expedient benchrest position if my spotter was a hot female in BDU's, but with two guys in uniform it looks like a scene from Broke Back Mountain.

On the other hand, if it looks stupid and it works, it aint stupid.

Yes I am sorry to say it but those are British troops, the saving grace is I am fairly sure they are Royal Marines, you can tell as they have the issue sniper smocks with the sling hooks on the arms

The fellow in the ackward position is probably concerned about his jewels being in an elevated position relative to return fire. That or the muzzle blast will render his eggs scrambled for generations to come.

Trust me, fags are alive and well in our military. Nellis was overun with them. The best was the gay f-15 fighter pilot. That guy was a trip! Word was he was one bad ass mofo in the air though so I'm glad he is on our team.

Our military reflects the society in which it protects. I've met all kinds of people in the military. Queers, gangbangers, drug addicts, thieves, freaks, geeks, you name it. I don't care what people do on their own time as long as they don't bring it to work with them and it affects everyone else.

I feel the same way. I was J/K with the Fag in every pup tent remark.

I once went through an LE instructor's course and the person I chose for my partner was a female of the "alternative" lifestyle. I took a lot of shit from my male buddies for choosing her, but I didn't care who she kissed or where her tongue went. She was a damn good partner and if I ever needed help during a gunfight I would definately want her there. Plus, she helped me to be a better shooter and I learned a lot about team shooting (not competetion) under stress with a partner.

That's more than I can say about some guys.

I don't think I could shoot straight like that. Replace the guy with a hot chick and it would only make it bad for accuracy for different reasons. If every French citizen gave up wine for just one day, I bet they could buy their whole army some of those Uncle Mike's Shootin Sticks with the money they would have spent.

Back in the old days you would shoot like that over a grounded horse. But since they are riding each other instead of animals it seems apropriate.
