Hi guys, I guess I will start this months DBS thread. As always, it will be the 3rd Saturday of the month. This month that will be the 19th. As anyone who has been outside the last couple of days knows, summer is here. We can all count on it being hot! If memory serves, we had some of our best shoots last year during the summer months. Lets all be prepared with the usual water etc. If anyone has portable shade, lets all bring it to help out the guys who don't. As for start time, let have some discussion here. Should we start early or the usual mid day? Sundown on the 19th will begin at 8:01 so maybe late in the day. Would anyone like to camp? Lets hear from everyone. As usual, lets try to bring new people to share. We had some new arrivals last month and we look forward to having you back. And to some of the regulars who have missed the last couple of shoots, hope we see you. Lets make it a good one! See you all on the 19th. |

Rick, I'll be able to make it down this time.....hopefully it won't be as windy as it was the last time. In any event, looking forward to it this time. I'll also try to remember to bring a portable shade....but its really light, and might fly away if there's any wind. Maybe bring along a few people.....and if someone will be bringing a BBQ grill, I can bring some frozen meats, mostly chicken/hamburgers from Carls Jr, aka "spoilage", but not really. |
