An update.
Congressman Grothman Father pasted away.
The town hall meetings on Sunday have been changed to listening sessions.

Bummer, I was thinking of jumping over to the Beaver Dam meeting to see what it was all about.

I went to the listening session tonight.  It was a hostile crowd.
Things I heard.
1 I hate obama care it cost to much.  Don't you dare change my Obama care.
2.  Climate change is bad and Grothman is not doing enough.  The kid got up set when I started calling it Global warming.  I also got a frown when he saw I was in a 4x4 Diesel pick up parked next to his Prius.
3.  Something needs to be done about minimum wage.   Did not want to here about the job losses caused by the forced increase else where.
4.   Europe is clean and great.   Then someone mentioned that they have to go to Europe all the time and it is a shit hole.
5. Obama's Green program was great.   She got upset when she was informed about obama's green program failures.
One woman was videoing the whole thing except when someone disagreed with her view point (liberal.)

The Congressman is trying to schedule a make up town hall on Sunday Sept 17.

Over all it was interesting.  I plan on going to the townhall meeting on the 17th.  If the townhall happens, I have a feeling it will get rowdy.

I forgot a couple of things.    
Foxcon is bad.  The woman wanted Grothman to stop it.    
We can not cut taxes until Trump releases  his taxes.  This is so we can see how he will profit.
There was a fair amount of I am not rich and some one else is.  That is not fair.

Well that was boring.   I got to the townhall 20 minutes late.  Grothman had control of the meeting the whole time.  I at next to the global warming guy in teh front row.  This guy was really subdued compare to the last time.   I am always surprised when someone wants the congressman to do something about state law.  It happened again this time.  Apparently there is either a new law or a proposed law that would make it easier to get a teaching license in Wisconsin.  A woman a teacher wants all teacher license to be done by the US dept of education instead of the state.  Another woman that works for the dnr wants the feds to get involved in the state.  Grothman position is it would be better to call some one in Madison than to call some one in the EPA in Chicago.  Grothmans position seems to be it is better to do things at the state level and not the federal level.  
Grothman said a vote on obamacare repeal may come in the near future.  This would start in the Senate this time.  Grothman is not really happy with ryan.  He is also disappointed in McConnels lack leadership in the senate.
It appears the Capitol times is saying Grothman is endorsing someone for the next years Senate race.  Grothman said that's interesting since he has never talked to the Capitol times.  Fake news.  There were half the people there this time compared to the listening session.  There was a BDPD officer there this time as well.
