Hi guys,
Not sure if this is the best or right spot but Im thinking about buying a SCAR 17 and would ideally like to shoo tone first or at least handle one. None of the places around me that ive seen have any in stock. A mag or two would be all id have to but more would be nice trying various positions and various distances. I obviously would supply ammo. Probably be milsurplus. I suppose I could pay you cash or something or I can bring something of mine you might be interested in checking out. Examples would beI have a ptr 91 if its back from getting a paddle mag installed, FAL, yugo m53(mg42 its a big beast so you would really have to want to shoot it), Mk18 setup, ar a2 or a4, can be with an acog if yo uhavent used one and want to check it out, glock 19, luger, broomhandle, p38m1 garand, m1 carbine. Just some examples. I live in Brodhead(53520) so preferably close by but I will travel. If we shoot around me there is a public range that goes to 200yds if no one is at the 100yd. We can shoot at my brothers and that would be out to 500m and we can setup at distances in between. Let me know if you are interested or know someone who would be. Thanks, Tyler |

Thanks, Tyler i shoot most weekends at mcmiller on the 300yd line in eagle wi. if its not raining, rain melts the targets off the stands. if you want you can try mine if you dont mind the drive as i see your other side of jainsville from me. im going to be out there this saturday with my m249s and rem700. bringing the 17 along is not a big deal. if you decide to you can shoot any noncorrosive nonsteel cased stuff you have so long as its not handloads. only handloads i shoot in it are mine. my 17s has gieselle trigger, handl lower, midwest industries rail/handguard, vltor stock, ta11 acog no iron sights as i removed em. i also know where there is a fde scar17 available |
