. . It looks like they are explicitly prohibiting Wolf and other Bi-Metal Jacket Ammo.. Rules |
| It originally was Outbreak Omega. There were 5 years of DPMS sponsored Outbreak Omega and then Sandy Hook happened and Remington had bought DPMS so DPMS did not have the resouces to run it. The 6th year, Ahlman's moved the fall Zombie shoot (SHTF-3) which was sponsored by a different organization to the June time slot. The 7th year, Z.E.R.T. got the rights to the Oubreak Omega name and added 1 day of tactical training on the Friday before the Saturday shoot. This was Outbreak Omega 6 and was held in 2014. It cost Z.E.R.T. a pile of money to rent the range from Ahlman's on top of the significnat cost to the rights for the Outbreak Omega name so they decided not to hold another event at Ahlman's. Ahlman's then decided to hold their own event and dumped the Zombie theme as the Zombie craze is dying down, for a more general apocalyptic theme. This became Delta 2015. Z.E.R.T. has stated that they will be holding Outbreak Omega 7 in Oklahoma at a future not yet determined date at a training facility they have been using in that area for other events. The SHTF event has ceased to exist all together. |

What's a "level-1" shooter? A shooter that is registered in the Level 1 category. It means you paid an extra $100 to attend the Friday training in addition to the Saturday fun shoot and Hog Roast and makes you eligible for more fabulous prizes than the Level 2 shooter. It also gives you a free reserved camp site. |
