| Can anyone recommend a butcher/meat locker that will accept a field dressed deer, preferably in Kewaunee or Southern Door? I'm living in a small apartment while we build our house and don't have an area to bone out a carcass. |
| They's butchering on E1829 River Rd by Luxemburg will chop it up for you. Most places that make sausage wont take afield dressed deer so you will probably have to take it to someplace like They's first if you want that. For sausage I recommend Konop's in Stangelville. |
