I have a call in to DFS already but assuming he is pretty busy and not taking on new work. Is there another good gun smith in S.E Wisconsin? I dont have the tools to install an MI free float hand guard myself and I already broke a punch trying to remove the pins on my A2 front sight on my BCM upper. Should be pretty straight forward hand guard and low profile gas block installation. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.

You could take it to midwest industries.  Andy does most of the work and he does a great job.
